Making his Major League debut in 2004 with his current team the Milwaukee Brewers, Corey Hart has fans counting on him to be an impact player. Through the 2006 season, Hart has 78 hits, 11 home runs and a .264 batting average. Listed as an outfielder for the team, he has also been known to play well at first or third base. During Spring Training for the 2007 season, Corey Hart clocked in the best 60 yard dash time for the Brewers. He ran it in just 6.59 seconds.

Back and forth to the AAA team in 2005 and 2006, Hart finally had a comfortable spot on the Brewers roster in May 2006. The year prior, Corey was called out of Nashville at the last minute to play for the Brewers and in his first game with the team, he hit his first career Major League home run with a three-run homer against the Reds. The first time he was asked to bat leadoff, Corey Hart hit a home run.

Corey Hart is married with two children.

In 2007, Corey Hart had a solid year. Batting just shy of .300 for the season, Hart belted out 24 home runs, 23 stolen bases, and 149 hits, all while committing only three errors over the entire season. Corey had a twenty game hitting streak going into the first week of June. Hart’s batting average hit a high of .364 for the back-end of the 2007 season. Hart’s 6’-6” frame helped him snare long balls against the wall, out in right field. His 2007 highlights include some amazing catches.

Corey Hart kept his numbers up for 2008. He played in 157 games, and had 91 RBI’s. His batting average was a workmanlike .268, and he hit 20 home runs. He stole 23 bases again in 2008. Corey Hart will once again be found in left field for 2009.

Hart finished the 2009 season with his lowest batting average since 2006, batting only .260. He did improve at the plate by walking a career high of 43 times. In addition, he improved his OBP from 2008 going from .300 up to .335 this season. Hart went on the disabled list in July after undergoing an emergency appendectomy. Upon his return, Hart had an eight-game hitting streak that ended when he injured his fingers. The injury caused Hart to miss the team's last five games.
