Jorge Julio, a right handed pitcher came to Milwaukee via Atlanta. He started in the majors with Baltimore, and had over two dozen saves that year. After five years as an Oriole, he moved on to play for the Mets.

He has played for six teams in four seasons, since leaving Baltimore. His early success as a closer faded, and he was used as a set up man or in relief. As a Florida Marlin, he was shown the door early in 2007. He moved on to Colorado.

He signed a minor league contract with Atlanta, and played in 12 games. Milwaukee offered him a one year contract. Julio was released by the Brewers on June 2nd.
